Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes Since our products are shipped from the United Kingdom, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. The customer (receiver) is strictly and solely responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes. Ritual Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping costs and our standard 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund.
4. Shipping Restrictions & "Dangerous Goods" For our spiritual and wellness collections, please note that certain items, such as pure essential oils, room sprays, and products containing alcohol, are classified as "Dangerous Goods" under aviation shipping regulations.

5. PO Boxes and Address Accuracy

No PO Boxes: We use standard tracked couriers (such as DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, and APC) and cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is completely accurate at the time of checkout. Ritual Store is not liable for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses provided by the customer.

Delays and Lost Packages While we work with reliable shipping partners, Ritual Store is not liable for any shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes, customs processing, or other force majeure events outside of our control. If your international order has not arrived within 15 business days (or 21 days for certain regions) after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@ritual.az so we can open an investigation with the courier.
