Ritual Store Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK fulfillment center.

• Standard Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

• Peak Seasons: During busy periods (such as October to December), please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Please note that dispatch times do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to the courier.

2. Estimated Delivery Times & Zones Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Zone 1: UK Mainland

  • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch.

• Zone 2 & 3: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands

  • Estimated delivery: Up to 3-5 business days after dispatch.

• Zone 4: Europe (EU & Non-EU)

  • EU Countries: Estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-EU Countries (Europe): Estimated up to 15 business days after dispatch (customs delays may occur).

• Zone 5: Switzerland & Norway

  • Estimated delivery: Up to 5-10 business days after dispatch.

• Zone 6: USA & Canada

  • Estimated delivery: Up to 5-10 business days after dispatch.

  • Important Notice for US Customers: Due to changing international import tariff regulations, shipments to the United States may occasionally experience extended delays or temporary courier suspensions.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes Since our products are shipped from the United Kingdom, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. The customer (receiver) is strictly and solely responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes. Ritual Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping costs and our standard 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund.

4. Shipping Restrictions & "Dangerous Goods" For our spiritual and wellness collections, please note that certain items, such as pure essential oils, room sprays, and products containing alcohol, are classified as "Dangerous Goods" under aviation shipping regulations.

• These items can ONLY be shipped by road.

• Therefore, we are unable to send these specific products via air freight (e.g., to the USA, Canada, or certain non-European international destinations). If your order contains restricted items that cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to modify or cancel that portion of your order.

5. PO Boxes and Address Accuracy

• No PO Boxes: We use standard tracked couriers (such as DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, and APC) and cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address.

• Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is completely accurate at the time of checkout. Ritual Store is not liable for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delays and Lost Packages While we work with reliable shipping partners, Ritual Store is not liable for any shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes, customs processing, or other force majeure events outside of our control. If your international order has not arrived within 15 business days (or 21 days for certain regions) after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@ritual.az so we can open an investigation with the courier.
