We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping costs and our standard 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund.

Delays and Lost Packages While we work with reliable shipping partners, Ritual Store is not liable for any shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes, customs processing, or other force majeure events outside of our control. If your international order has not arrived within 15 business days (or 21 days for certain regions) after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@ritual.az so we can open an investigation with the courier.
